The project aims to create a new front-office digital archiving application that handles long-term storage and secure access to very large volumes of definitive digital archives, as well as preparing submissions in compliance with French SEDA archiving standards.

The Versement Gétorix solution organizes the secure storage and communication of data from applications, office tools, and messaging systems, all while respecting legislation and archival needs.

The Vitam Program (Digital Values Transmitted to Archives for Memory) is a French inter-ministerial electronic archiving program led by three ministries: Europe and Foreign Affairs, Culture, and Armed Forces, responsible for the conservation of state archives.

The mission involves developing a new platform similar to VITAM using new technologies, while still building upon the existing functionalities in VITAM.
