As part of the modernization of the AstoreShop Marketplace B2B solution, I am supporting the Accor technical team to ensure the transition from a Magento monolith to a microservices solution connected via a GraphQL API Gateway with a FrontEnd in React/NextJs built from scratch.
My main role within a team of about ten developers is focused on improving the Backend system, Magento, to support GraphQL and develop new APIs for AtoreShop's business needs, and to develop the new PWA Next front from scratch by integrating the desired APIs and UX.
In addition, I provide advice and assistance throughout the process; explain requirements as needed, offer support to developers and project managers as they become familiar with the API, and monitor the development of continuous integration.
