Complete management of geomatics projects: scoping, governance, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and production of steering indicators. Facilitation of GIS working groups from start to finish: needs gathering, multidisciplinary coordination, solution arbitration, action tracking. Institutional relations with public clients: local authorities, DDT, DREAL, Water Agencies, ARS, OFB, Ministry of Agriculture. GIS maintenance and operation: functional/technical support and administration of GIS/CAD tools (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS), cartographic publication (WMS/WFS), WebGIS management. Implementation of interactive dashboards for valorization and monitoring of decision-making data. Automation and optimization of workflows (Python, FME), documentation, process reproducibility. Project management with Jira and GanttProject for planning and tracking tasks and milestones. Contribution to light budget estimation related to workload and resource needs planning.

Development of a complete geospatial database for natural risk analysis (fires, weather). Data integration, modeling, and optimization with PostgreSQL/PostGIS. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure data reliability and produce decision-making analyses.
