I ensure the proper functioning of an organization's entire IT system. I provide technical support to users, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, software, and equipment. I administer Windows and Linux systems, manage user accounts, supervise servers, apply updates, and ensure data security through regular backups. I also handle the network infrastructure by configuring switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and essential services like DHCP or DNS, while monitoring performance and resolving connectivity issues. IT security is also part of my responsibilities: access management, firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability detection, and security policy implementation. I manage the IT assets, track licenses, deploy new equipment, and coordinate interventions with external providers. Finally, I document procedures, write user guides, and participate in information system evolution projects to improve the performance and reliability of the IT environment.
