• Implementing security measures for Odoo environments, including role-based access control and secure backups.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and operating systems (primarily Linux and Windows) as well as the Proxmox hypervisor.

• Management of system updates, security patches, and software installations.

• Deployment of application services and web infrastructures (Nextcloud, GITLAB, Jenkins, Jira)

• Providing technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues via ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.

• Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to systems, applications, and networks.

• Managing support tickets, with prompt follow-up and resolution (GLPI / Os-Tickets).

• Contribution to the management of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability and performance through regular maintenance and proactive monitoring.

• Participation in the implementation of network and server upgrades aimed at improving operational efficiency and meeting business requirements.

• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure the proper functioning of company systems.

• Collaborating with team members to design and implement IT solutions tailored to the specific needs of the company, while ensuring their alignment with business objectives.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying hardware and software systems for a production environment, supporting users and the IT infrastructure.
