Project: Hôpital Manager – Agile TMA (2.5 years)

Involvement in the Hôpital Manager hospital solution within a Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) context organized in tribes/squads (Scrum). A high-value project in the healthcare sector, subject to strict regulatory and medical data security constraints.

Objectives:

- Ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance.

- Develop new business features for hospital users.

- Enhance software quality through advanced practices (TDD, Clean Code).

Main activities:

- Development of new features from validated user stories.

- Adoption of the hexagonal architecture (backend & frontend) to improve modularity and maintainability.

- Application of Software Craftsmanship principles: simplicity, readability, controlled technical debt.

- Agile practices: daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, tech chapters.

- Inter-squad coordination and leading technical reviews to ensure technological consistency.

- Implementation of TDD, pair programming, and supervision of code reviews.

- Support and coaching for junior developers.

- Analysis and resolution of production incidents.

- Automation of tests (unit, integration) and monitoring of quality metrics (coverage, performance).

- Writing and tracking of ADR (Architecture Decision Records).

Project: COVID-19 Vaccination Targeting & Monitoring (6 months)

National platform for monitoring and piloting the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, used by the Ministry of Health. Role: Software Engineer. Development of batch processes with Spring Batch for population targeting and statistical report generation. Unit/integration testing, quality monitoring (code reviews, coverage). Contribution to the migration to OpenShift cloud and CI/CD pipelines. Close collaboration with architects and business managers in a critical context. Stack: Java 11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Git, Liquibase.

Project: GEOPULSE (2 years 7 months – Build, Scrum)

Geographic information system for real-time geolocation of trains on the French railway network. Role: Tech Lead & Scrum Master. Technical supervision of developers, validation of user stories, feasibility studies, and macro-estimation. Fullstack development of real-time geolocation/monitoring features. Management of critical bugs, performance optimization (Hazelcast caches, monitoring, profiling), setup of dashboards with Kibana. Contribution to architectural choices.
