As part of the engineering team at HumanSignal, I operate at the intersection of Support Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and DevOps, helping enterprise customers successfully deploy, scale, and optimize Label Studio in complex cloud environments.

My responsibilities include troubleshooting production incidents, analyzing application and infrastructure performance, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve platform issues. I support customer deployments across AWS and Kubernetes environments, providing expertise in containerization, networking, storage integration, authentication, and cloud-native architectures.

From a DevOps perspective, I contribute to infrastructure automation, CI/CD improvements, Kubernetes operations, GitHub Actions workflows, observability, and platform reliability initiatives. I work with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, and MinIO to help maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

This role has strengthened my ability to bridge customer-facing technical support with operational excellence, applying SRE principles to improve system reliability, reduce operational overhead, and deliver a better experience for both customers and internal engineering teams.

Designed and deployed scalable static and dynamic websites using AWS services including S3, EC2, ECS, optimized with CloudFront and WAF for enhanced security and performance. Infrastructure managed with Terraform for streamlined provisioning. Developed and implemented event-driven architecture leveraging AWS Lambda and Python, automating cron job scheduling for critical tasks such as daily data backups, and enhancing operational efficiency by scripting SDKs for EC2 updates and patches.
