• • Maintaining the operational condition of the Printemps office IT system

• • Participating in projects impacting the scope based on client requests

• • Ensuring, with the rest of the team, service openings and closings, on-call duties in the evenings and weekends, and night switchover tests

• • During service openings, performing the CREQ (which consists of establishing an inventory of each piece of equipment and service) and then sending it by email

• • Administration of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, printers, and O365 services: configuration and incident resolution

• • Administration of virtualization elements: Vcenter, storage arrays, “storage” switch, and ESX

• • Monitoring follow-up, interventions in response to alerts

• • Backup monitoring and interventions to correct detected faults

• • EasyVista backlog follow-up: handling requests and incidents to prioritize, taking SLAs into account

• • Ensuring the update of ESX, Windows, and Linux servers (e.g., monthly KB, ESX BIOS, or Linux security alert) as well as applications within the scope (e.g., S1)

• • Procedure monitoring (e.g., MEX)

• • Writing and updating technical documents (Server status / Infrastructure documents) and procedures (BAO…)

Regular interactions:

• • With the coordinator: information exchange, incident prioritization, service scheduling

• • With N2 colleagues: occasional mutual assistance, procedure review.
