Objective 1: Contract Migration (Winpass to Veos) & Implementation of New MRH and Auto Products

Managed the P&C contract migration project by defining the data recovery strategy, consolidating execution reports, and managing exceptions with the client. Actively participated in functional scoping, governance, planning, and risk management. Performed functional testing, wrote test cases, and validated on editable mock-ups (special conditions, endorsements, etc.). Collaborated closely with developers to implement the digital journey for the new Auto product. Wrote the test book and conducted business analysis testing on this journey. Continuously contributed to process improvement and wrote operating procedures for change management.

Objective 2: Implementation of the SSO (Single Sign-On) Solution

Performed functional analysis of user needs without delving into technical details, defined functional requirements. Coordinated technical teams (development, security, support) to ensure a consistent and coherent deployment.

Objective 3: Implement the Electronic Invoicing Reform

Analyzed the impacts of the electronic invoicing reform (e-invoicing / e-reporting) on management and invoicing processes.

Contributed to the scoping of IT evolutions necessary for compliance (inbound/outbound flows, interfacing with PA/PPF platforms).

Identified and formalized management rules related to new invoicing formats (data structuring, compliance checks).

Coordinated with IT and business teams to adapt management tools to regulatory requirements.

Participated in the implementation of data flows and the security of exchanges (traceability, data quality).

Contributed to the functional testing phases of evolutions related to electronic invoicing.

Involved in various projects: Deployment of Salesforce for Axa France's bancassurance network. Redesign of a new tool for P&C portfolio renewals. Redesign of a new P&C underwriting tool: machine breakdown. Redesign of a new underwriting tool: loss of director's employment.
