Transition manager in charge of:

- Monthly closing

- Variance analysis

- Monthly reporting by project using the group's reporting tool

- Forecast after major structural change (Maggie closure), approximately 100 million euros budget.

Responsible for global revenue recognition (9 subsidiaries)

- Review and generate accounting entries

Finance Project Manager:

- Document all processes and organization of the Finance department

- Take charge of the end-to-end integration of newly acquired companies (French entities) into the existing company structure. Oversee the complete business transfer process and cross-departmental aspects. Define a roadmap and work streams to facilitate successful integration of new acquisitions.

- Contribute to the continuous optimization of the Netsuite ERP, helping to achieve business objectives and establishing a more collaborative view on tasks that need to advance.

- Support the Head of Financial Operations and her team in preparing all monthly reports, including forecasts (collections, revenue). Liaise with Finance Operations and FP&A teams to ensure efficient delivery.

- Create and lead project teams, communicate roles and responsibilities while fostering teamwork and collaboration between the team and stakeholders.

- Work with the CFO and the finance team on ad hoc projects as needed.
