Facilitating and participating in Fit/Gap workshops to align Finance processes (FI-GL) with S/4HANA standard functionalities. Designed SAP FI Substitution and Validation rules and documented detailed specifications for compliant AP configuration. Managed the end-to-end functional delivery of interfaces and integrations, overseeing development and coordinating with offshore teams to meet complex external system constraints. Led E2E and Integration Testing to secure reliable finance and cross system flows. Managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including defect resolution, retesting cycles, and securing final user sign-off. Participated in developing training programs and documentation to support key and end-user onboarding. Provided critical Post-Go-live Support, including incident resolution and stabilization activities.
