The objectives are: Represent the works using 3D software and prepare a building permit application. Prepare study plans for a construction or rehabilitation project within a BIM project framework. Produce the plan file for the consultation of companies.

Design, creation, and execution of unique and personalized decorations according to the type of event. Meet with clients to define their needs, tastes, and budget. Prepare quotes for the decoration work. Organization and installation of decorations. Graphic design and production "flyers, invitations, brochures, business cards..."
