As Finance & Controlling Manager, I drive the company's financial performance and ensure the reliability of accounting and management data. My responsibilities include:

Budgetary control: development, monitoring, and revision of annual budgets and forecasts in line with strategic objectives.

Management control: variance analysis, monthly reporting, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability and optimize costs.

Financial management: supervision of general and analytical accounting, monthly and annual closings, cash flow monitoring.

Decision support: preparation of dashboards and financial analyses for management to inform strategic choices.

Continuous improvement: optimization of financial processes, implementation of internal control procedures, and team support.

Key results: strengthened reliability of financial forecasts, improved operating margins, and direct contribution to cost control.

Management & Leadership: Supervised a team of 4 employees: task allocation, definition of individual objectives, performance evaluation, and support in skill development. Promoted a collaborative work environment focused on results, rigor, and continuous improvement.

Budget, Forecast & Financial Steering: Developed and monitored annual budgets in line with company strategy. Built financial forecasts in coordination with operational departments. Analyzed variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts; identified causes, defined, and monitored corrective action plans. Supported operational teams in monitoring financial performance.

Closings & Financial Reporting: Supervised daily accounting and financial operations. Managed monthly closings and coordinated the annual closing (provisions, variance analyses, adjustments...). Prepared and validated annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes, ESG data...). Analyzed, justified, and reconciled accounts; processed accounting anomalies. Submitted consolidated data to Group systems (HFM, OPIUM...).

Compliance, Taxation & Audit: Oversaw tax obligations: validated monthly, quarterly, and annual declarations, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Managed relationships with the tax administration, statutory auditors, external auditors, and experts (lawyers, chartered accountants...). Prepared for and supported internal and external audits. Implemented and continuously improved internal control systems.
