• Ensure Project Maintenance Coordination (CMP) and Technical Correspondence (CT) for all wired telecommunication network extensions:

◦ Monitor RATP projects from start to commissioning.

◦ Analyze and validate wired architectures proposed for various projects (systems).

◦ Validate engineering deliverables, including general and detailed designs, measurement files, and as-built files (AVP, APD, PRO, DER, DQ, DOE, service sheets, etc.).

◦ Control consistency and update wired repositories (SISMIC, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, etc.).

◦ Manage complex and related wired requests.

◦ Weekly reporting.

◦ Produce technical documentation: Reservation tracking file, PRE OPR visit sheets, Impact Analysis, Project progress file, Deliverables progress file, CRA, Activity Report, etc.

◦ Provide technical support and expertise on infrastructures and telecom systems in production.

◦ Regularly report activity to the team leader.

◦ Draft meeting minutes with various stakeholders.

◦ Conduct PRE OPR visits to ensure installation compliance.

• Tools: Workflow automation tools (ServiceNow), AIOPS infrastructure supervision tool (Centreon), Team management tool (iPlanning), Physical infrastructure tool (SISMIC), Request management tool (SD INFRA), Info doc tool (Alexandrie)

• Conduct and manage studies within the framework of Gateway development projects:

◦ Analyze projects from requirements gathering (marketing, IGI, PFS…).

◦ Manage opportunity and feasibility studies for new IAD needs.

◦ Study IAD solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

◦ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with various suppliers.

◦ Participate in studies, solution architecture choices, and supplier selection.

◦ Draft project documentation.

◦ Produce and monitor project reporting: progress, risks, action plans, budget.

◦ Identify project requirements and impacts.

◦ Monitor and control project schedules and milestones.

◦ Report project progress to operational teams and management.

◦ Lead meetings and draft minutes.

◦ Ensure commitments: deadlines, cost, quality, and sustainable development.

◦ Interact with business units: Marketing, Operations, Product and Network Engineering, Customer Relations Department…

• Tools: Production tracking tools (Jira, Confluence), Team management tool (B-présence), Project planning tool (Unir), Jazz suite project requirements management tool (RDNG), Jazz suite project anomaly management tool (RTC)

• Perform Backbone engineering in Extra-site via SFR/Completel/SFR Collectivités or DSP networks:

◦ Analyze provided documents to perform engineering (LFO, Acceptance Certificate, Comments, Schematic, KMZ).

◦ Search for the optical route on the Networks database.

◦ Create BPE (Splice Protection Box) plans.

◦ Model/Align and create infrastructures (Clients, BPEs, Cables...).

◦ Generate preventions and theodeon frame.

◦ Apply and adhere to detailed engineering rules to meet client needs.
