Supervision of outdoor development works for a tourist resort, focusing on the design and implementation of VRD (Roads, Water, Drainage) and outdoor landscaping: Implementation of sanitation, drainage, and irrigation networks; Development of execution plans and technical details (paving, various buried networks); Compliance control of works with respect to written documents and plans; Coordination with contractors and various stakeholders.

Development of APS (Preliminary Project Study), APD (Detailed Project Study), and DCE (Tender Documents) files (Technical Memoranda, AutoCAD plans, technical details, and estimates) for public and private landscape development projects, with site supervision until delivery (Final Acceptance).
