Oubeid Aloui, Data Manager and Project Manager at the Department of Doubs, where I lead digital and data initiatives for the management of public heritage and infrastructure.

My role is to structure, validate, and enhance data to support strategic decision-making. I have notably contributed to the design and deployment of a heritage digital twin, enabling the centralization and interconnection of data related to buildings, energy performance, maintenance, and contracts. This tool offers a comprehensive, coherent, and real-time view of our heritage.

With a background in BIM (Building Information Modeling), digital transformation, and project management, I combine technical expertise with strategic leadership. My goal is to drive the digital transformation of public organizations by making data more accessible, structured, and usable.

Architect registered with the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Architects' Association, he has over 10 years of experience in managing architectural projects carried out in BIM.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Architecture and Project Management from ENSA Paris-Belleville, as well as a Specialized Master's degree in BIM and Asset Management.
