❖ Tech Lead of the RPA program (40 processes, 3 developers, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner)

❖ Collaborate with the Product Owner/Scrum Master to gather functional requirements and study their technical eligibility,

❖ Implement various documents and specifications for both technical and functional use,

❖ Estimate the complexity of the different phases of implementing a Virtual Assistant with the entire team,

❖ Participate and contribute to ceremonies (Daily, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospective and Sprint Review) and cross-feature Team ceremonies (PI Planning)

❖ Carry out the development of the robot process from A to Z (design - detailed forecast load estimation - development - technical and functional testing - production deployment - maintenance).

❖ Establish maintenance and execution recovery procedures,

❖ Responsible for the proper functioning of the RPA architecture as well as the platform upgrade (CVEs, Upgrade, Migration...)

❖ Support and assistance for the team & business units

❖ Establish a CI/CD strategy combining Jenkins and GIT,

❖ Participation in the installation of the new orchestrator and its connection with the different DEV and PRD machines

❖ Investigation and resolution of problems on various components of the bank's RPA environment

❖ Development and design of the first process based on REFramework and BBLs (reusable sub-processes)

❖ Migration of all robots to EDGE

❖ Identification of different areas for improvement and planning of these in the upcoming sprints

As a member of the RPA CoE at CA-CIB, automation of several business processes:

❖ Analysis of functional specifications (PDD) describing the step-by-step computer operations performed by an operator (process description document)

❖ Proposal of treatments or improvements to be added for the described process

❖ Estimation of development effort (user story per sprint)

❖ Project management on TFS (project tracking tool)

❖ End-to-end implementation and development of processes to be automated on RPA platforms (DEV, UAT, and PRD)

❖ Development and design of the first process using BPA (Business Process Automation) combining BPMN and RPA

❖ Development of processes using ABBYY OCR

❖ Execution of unit tests and end-to-end tests

❖ Debugging of solutions during the project phase: log analysis, exception management with constant coordination with the support team

❖ Monitoring and maintenance of automated processes

❖ Drafting of corresponding technical documents
