My scope covers functional framing, prioritization, multi-stakeholder coordination, functional acceptance testing, change management, and delivery assurance.

Ministry of the Interior – EURODAC PFSE3

• Functional referent on a critical European regulatory program.

• Acceptance testing management, anomaly prioritization, business/IT coordination, and contribution to project governance.

La Poste – SAP ELAN

• Change management, business workshops, field immersions, and user support.

Airbus – IT Transformation

• Functional framing and preparation of the Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce migration.

• IPCA+ referent with international training and participation in Control Boards.

• MS Decommissioning: incident management, reporting, and support optimization.

Internal Capgemini Contributions:

• Pre-sales, tender responses, KPI management, Project Management community, and consultant support.

Working on production callbot solutions for large account clients, with a focus on quality, product performance, and continuous improvement.

• Quality management and transverse diagnosis of a portfolio of 52 production callbots.

• Analysis of malfunctions, KPI monitoring, and decision-making reporting.

• Coordination with Product, Data, UX, and project management teams to align improvements.

• Structuring and acceptance testing of conversational flows, contributing to ML model adjustments.

Supervised immersion by senior consultants on the fundamentals of digital transformation consulting.

• Team project work with role distribution: project manager, business analyst, change management.

• Customer journey design, user story formalization, and mobile application prototyping.

• Production of framing deliverables: project charter, project plan, market study, and initial recommendation supports.
