Context: Acting as Project Manager for the automation part of the CRUAS plant. The mission focused on preparing the migration to the SIEMENS environment (CEMAT, PS7), including defining the technical scope, coordinating with internal teams, and aligning field requirements with group standards.

Objective: Secure the transition to the new automation architecture and ensure the operational continuity of the site.

Key Missions:

- Management of complex technical projects: preparation and coordination of the migration of automation systems to Siemens CEMAT / PCS7, in a continuous production environment.

- Analysis of the existing system and scope definition: audit of automation controllers, industrial networks, and supervision systems to define priorities and secure the transition.

- Interdisciplinary coordination: facilitating discussions between electrical, mechanical, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure technical and operational consistency.

- Investment Management (CAPEX): preparation, justification, and monitoring of CAPEX requests for automation projects, in conjunction with technical and financial management.

- Implementation of performance indicators (KPIs): development of project dashboards and reporting (progress, costs, risks, deadlines) for effective overall performance management.

- Continuous improvement and standardization: contribution to bringing installations into compliance with Holcim / Siemens standards, and to improving maintenance practices.

- Monitoring of suppliers and integrators: participation in calls for tenders, technical analysis of proposals, and coordination of on-site interventions.

➡️ Context: Project Manager, responsible for the end-to-end management of projects from receipt to delivery. Mission focused on coordination with clients, design offices, internal departments, and installers, in a seasonal sector requiring particular rigor in terms of deadlines and quality.

• Acknowledge project receipt and ensure their launch with the sales department.

• Manage the complete project cycle, from study to commissioning.

• Validate or have technical conformity of projects validated.

• Coordinate and plan the various phases in conjunction with stakeholders (Client, Design Office, Logistics Department, Installer).

• Ensure project reporting and the conformity of documentation transmitted to the client.

• Anticipate risks and critical points through periodic reviews.

• Resolve operational issues, manage necessary changes, and make appropriate decisions.

• Supervise project deployment on the client's site in coordination with installers.

• Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines in a sector subject to seasonal constraints.

➡️ Context: Worked as a PMO for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games project, focusing on Electricity & HVAC for temporary energy installations. The objective was to ensure reliable and robust planning to coordinate all stakeholders, guarantee operational continuity, and anticipate risks related to deadlines for a world-class event.

➡️ Project:

Paris 2024 Olympic Games: Planning and coordination of temporary energy installations for 30 strategic sites (Electricity & HVAC).

➡️ Main Missions:

• Development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with Cluster Managers.

• Construction and updating of multi-site operational schedules (with several possible scenarios).

• Coordination with all project stakeholders (Contract Management, PMO, risk & opportunity management).

• Analysis of project schedules, identification of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions.

• Anticipation of the impacts of delays and proactive communication to project managers.

• Monitoring of workload and necessary resources during the project phase.

• Active participation in coordination meetings with project teams and the Design Office.
