Our client is determined to make data a lever for transforming its activities and operational model. With this in mind, a data governance program is currently being deployed. We helped them to include the "data" dimension in the management of their strategic objectives.

In close collaboration, we analyzed and consolidated the essential dashboards from various departments and documented the priority indicators.

Next, we defined a structuring approach for complex indicators and standardized the documentation of indicators.

Furthermore, we cleaned up the existing indicator base by eliminating duplicates.

This initiative has enabled our client to have a clear and precise vision of their activities through relevant and reliable indicators.
