 Advanced N2/N3 support for network incidents: in-depth diagnostics (frames, routing, application performance), rapid service restoration.

 Design and deployment of new multi-site network topologies: secure LAN/WAN, MPLS interconnections, IPsec/SSL VPN remote access.

 Participation in strategic BUILD projects: integration of international sites, securing critical business flows, improving network resilience.

 Writing network procedures for partner teams.

 Advanced administration of Checkpoint firewalls: configuration of LAN/WAN/DMZ rules, implementation of ACLs and access hardening.

 Design and implementation of IP addressing plans and VLAN segmentation to improve security and isolation of business environments.

 Advanced administration of Cisco/Meraki switches and routers: dynamic routing configuration (OSPF, basic BGP), spanning-tree management, QoS, and critical flow prioritization.

 Deployment and management of site-to-site IPsec VPNs and SSL remote access for secure inter-site and remote user connections.

 Supervision and tuning of WAN/SD-WAN infrastructure: performance monitoring, load balancing, optimization of resilience and high availability.

 Integration and hardening of network security via Checkpoint firewalls: creation of complex policies, DMZ configuration, implementation of granular ACLs.

 Implementation of network redundancy solutions (HA, HSRP/VRRP) to ensure uninterrupted service continuity.

 Proactive monitoring and analysis of logs (Graylog, Zabbix, SNMP v3) for anomaly detection and incident prevention.

Within the infrastructure and security teams composed of 10 employees, I was responsible for the complete administration of the network architecture and systems while also handling N2/N3 support. My main role was to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the IS by intervening in complex incidents (Run) and participating in evolution projects (Build). I also contributed to the implementation of secure solutions and the writing of operational procedures to strengthen IT governance.
