Oswaldo Forey

I offer my services as a data analyst for life science research projects, with a focus on agroecology, agronomy, and ecology projects, holding a Master's degree in Ecology and a PhD in Agronomy, and wishing to put my skills to the service of the agroecological transition.

I can work on your organization's data as well as join as a partner in an annual or multi-year research project (CASDAR, ANR, European project, etc.) and take charge of the data analysis component, which includes:

- data preparation (cleaning, merging tables, structuring the table, etc.), in collaboration with the notetakers to optimize scoring sheets and facilitate data entry and analysis

- production of publishable results (summary tables, graphs)

- statistical analysis for classical models (linear regressions, ANOVAs, PCA)

- production of summary reports

I also offer the development of interactive applications (Shiny package) that can be used by partners to explore data with a mouse (without coding) or to create summary dashboards of results, starting from the entry of the first data, in order to adapt to any unforeseen events requiring modification of the monitoring and data collection protocol.

I use RStudio software, the tidyverse, rmarkdown, and shiny packages and offer to train interested partners in their use during the project duration.
