Hi, I'm Oskar.
I spent 10 years working in international corporations. Avast, Weber, Arkance. I built financial models, forecasts and reports for companies with hundreds of millions in revenue. I was never the typical spreadsheet guy. People saw me more as a financial partner. I know how to talk to people, explain finance and put it in the context of the business.
I enjoyed it. But the results always went one management level up, and I only ever had a chance to influence a small part of where the company was heading. So I switched sides.
Today I work as a CFO Partner for owners of small and medium-sized businesses under Fiduciam for Business. I get into your numbers, understand your business and help you make decisions based on data. I understand the intimacy of finance and I take the trust of business owners seriously.
What that looks like in practice: I find out what you need and set up financial management from scratch, or I take what you already have and turn it into a management tool. Monthly reviews, cost centers, cashflow, margins by customer, forecast, budget. Things that tell you where you stand every month, not just at the end of the year.

What I don't do: I'm not an accountant, I don't do tax or VAT. If you're looking for someone who will show you where your company makes money and where it doesn't, that's me. If you're looking for someone to manage reports for the tax authorities, that's not me.
I've studied abroad, walked 802 km across Spain and spent a few years writing about economics for people without a finance degree. Outside of work I enjoy time with family, travelling the world, nature, weightlifting and reading stoic philosophy.
