The experience as Chief of Staff of the Vice Presidency of the Senate allowed me to know the heart of institutional high politics from the inside, accompanying and coordinating the work of a top-level official in the Upper Chamber. From that role, I learned to navigate a complex environment, where every decision has public impact and every gesture communicates, integrating strategy, discretion, and finely tuned listening to all parties involved.

As Chief of Staff, I was responsible for organizing and overseeing the political and public agenda of the Vice Presidency, ensuring that each meeting, intervention in the plenary session, and institutional act responded to a clear and coherent vision. I coordinated teams, filtered key information, and ensured that political priorities translated into concrete actions, always aligned with the internal functioning of the Senate and its bodies.

That work required a combination of strategic analysis, crisis management, and constant communication with parliamentary groups, media, and other levels of administration. This period reinforced my ability to lead in high-pressure contexts, negotiate diverse interests, and maintain calm and clarity even when the political pace accelerated.
