Participation in initiatives for organization and workflow improvement related to people development and internal transformation. Design and implementation of training plans (L&D) based on data analysis and assessment of training needs based on competency gaps. Design and implementation of an annual training plan to improve customer experience and journey within the organization. Execution of organizational development initiatives to improve the work environment, culture, and Employee Experience. Design and execution of interventions for team development and training (Team Building).

• ▪ Coordination and training of a multidisciplinary team of over 80 professionals, leading more than 500 high-level meetings.

• ▪ Preparation of over 1,000 technical reports and dashboards for data analysis, defining the profile of absentee students in Madrid.
