My time at Dell was long, international, and formative, with a progressive evolution towards global product strategy responsibilities.

I designed and managed the global strategy for the Managed Security Services (MSS / MDR) product portfolio, transforming historically technical offerings into strong business value propositions focused on results, customer satisfaction, and ROI.

My role notably covered:

The definition of product vision and global roadmap

Prioritization trade-offs between customer needs, operational constraints, and financial objectives

Alignment of product, technical, sales, and executive teams internationally

Development of scalable, highly automated service models (AI, data, orchestration)

In parallel, I actively contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem via Dell for Entrepreneurs / Dell for Startups, supporting leaders in their growth, product structuring, and scaling challenges.

This experience allowed me to develop a solid approach to product strategy in complex environments, at the interface of technology, business, and leadership.

Creation and management of an entrepreneurial business for the production and sale of premium agri-food products (olive oil and table olives).

End-to-end responsibility for:

Defining the offering and product positioning

Structuring production, packaging, and logistics operations

Implementing direct sales and e-commerce models

Managing commercial partnerships and customer relationships

Overall business management (strategy, pricing, sales channels, operations)

The estate, covering 12 hectares (originally about 10,000 olive trees), became one of the main olive groves in the Hérault region.

Implementation of innovative wholesale olive tree sales platforms, enabling the replanting and transition of approximately 5,000 trees to private clients and estates on the Mediterranean coast.

This experience involved structuring decisions in a constrained environment (climate hazards, major incidents, financial trade-offs), reinforcing a pragmatic approach to risk management, operational resilience, and entrepreneurial leadership.
