Participate in the study and diagnostic analysis project of cash payment systems in the different areas of action of PAD conducted by the ECF firm. Participate in the budgetary and SWOT study of cash payments at PAD fixed points. Participate in the writing of the diagnostic analysis report of payment systems. Write and propose a dematerialized system for real-time cash payment management. Write and propose a secure mobile payment architecture meeting current PAD mobile payment standards. Develop a secure web portal for online payments, including mobile payments (Orange and MTN).
