With a Master's degree in Communication specializing in Employer Branding, I then worked in a recruitment firm before supporting HR teams as a Customer Success Manager on an ATS. This background allows me to understand HR challenges from the inside and transform them into concrete communication actions.

Between managing recruitments, supporting clients, and daily emergencies, communication is often relegated to the back burner. Yet, it plays a key role in attracting the right candidates, strengthening credibility, and growing the business.
