• Leads a multidisciplinary team oriented to promote the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy, collaborating with companies to guarantee the sustainability of their operations in the long term.

• Due Diligence: Leadership in social and ESG due diligence processes for mining projects, focused on the identification of social, reputational and environmental risks, as well as strategic opportunities. Evaluation of compliance with regulations and international standards (IFC, OECD, Equator Principles), delivering recommendations for informed decision-making by investment funds and global companies.

• Risk Assessment: Specialist in risk analysis applied to closure and operational management plans, including the construction, facilitation and analysis of risk matrices under WRAC, HAZID or other methodologies according to the client. Support in technical workshops, interpretation of results and alignment with ESG and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Audits: Execution of comprehensive audits to evaluate regulatory compliance, identify gaps and strengthen the operational integrity of projects in execution or closure.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Constant interaction with technical, legal and sustainability teams to formulate integrated strategies that reduce risks and maximize value throughout the project life cycle.

• Resource Optimization: Technical advice for efficient resource management in closing stages, promoting long-term sustainability and the materialization of socio-environmental commitments.

• Advises Socio-environmental proposals for the Environmental Assessment Service, Ministry of Energy and Ministry of the Environment in energy efficiency projects (Coyhaique)

• Led the Community Relations team, designing and executing social strategies aimed at conflict prevention, external crisis management and strengthening relationships with strategic stakeholders.

• Supervised internal social audit processes, territorial performance evaluation and compliance with community commitments, through the use of tools such as SEAT (Social Engagement Assessment Tool).
