I advise my clients on the challenges of digital law, in particular compliance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act. As a hands-on lawyer, I develop a very "business-oriented" approach to these new issues, which can sometimes seem difficult to grasp and implement in practice.

I also have a team to assist me on large-scale projects, enabling me to second a person part-time or full-time to carry out projects or on a more ad hoc basis.

Our role is to support these companies throughout the compliance process, from audit to roadmap deployment. We therefore support them in establishing a map of personal data processing, drafting documentation and creating a register. We also manage the project.

Finally, I am also an outsourced Data Protection Officer. This role enables us to support companies over the long term and ensure continuity of compliance.
