Project scope: Evolution of the IT system for invoice dematerialization by the ITESOFT publisher. Implementation of the IT system for the procurement and order process by the SYNERTRADE publisher. Interfaces and connection between the two solutions with the provision of a dedicated supplier portal. Project management. Design, lead, and report on project and steering committee meetings. Orchestration of various internal stakeholders and service providers within the framework of projects and the implementation of ITESOFT, OPEN, INFOR, SYNERTRADE... interfaces. Assistance to project ownership: Budget monitoring, organization of meetings and operational workshops, functional design and configuration, formalization of business needs, creation of test cases, processes, functional acceptance testing… Development and implementation of the change management strategy.
