After studying Human Resources and completing a program at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Work Psychology, I have built 15 years of experience in HR, training, and professional path support.
Since 2012, I have been developing my entrepreneurial activity around skills assessment, professional change support, and career guidance. Trained in various tools (MBTI, NLP, systemic analysis, life path...), I help individuals to identify their skills, talents, and resources.
