Participation in the Group's growth operations: structuring and contractual setup of operations, coordination of legal due diligence, review, negotiation and drafting of legal documentation up to post-closing (financing documentation, SPA, shareholders' agreements, guarantees, liberal practice agreement, etc.), coordination and supervision of external legal counsel.

Follow up and manage the legal life of the Group's various companies (drafting of minutes of meetings, company formation, approval of accounts, monitoring of current and exceptional operations, statutory modifications, monitoring of legal formalities, etc.);

Provide legal support for internal restructuring operations;

Drafting and monitoring of contractual documents (leases, agreements of all kinds, etc.);

Legal advice and support to operational staff on all regulatory issues (CODM letters, prior site opening declaration, drafting of liberal practice agreement) and file monitoring;

Support Operations Directors on issues related to ARS (authorization files, analysis of regional health projects, etc.);

Provide legal support to management members;

Ensure legislative monitoring and guarantee the legality and proper legal compliance of the Group's activities;
