Ophélie Gaudin

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Ophélie on two fullstack projects involving generative AI, design, and integration of complex agent flows. The collaboration was excellent from start to finish: Ophélie quickly took ownership of a complex, ongoing technical context, and proved to be both autonomous and proactive in leading the mission: implementing solutions, documentation, testing, and supporting the end client. On the GenAI/agent side, she played a key role in setting up a system for evaluating AI agent responses, implementing automated tests, and integrating an observable backend (notably via Posthog/OpenTelemetry). Her ability to balance technical requirements, performance, and business constraints generated real confidence within the teams involved and with the client. She worked with the existing teams on creating DeepResearch features, automation, cost optimization, continuous performance measurement, etc. Beyond her technical skills, her clear communication, rigor, and enthusiasm for learning new subjects made the collaboration highly enjoyable and reliable. I recommend her without hesitation for any project requiring serious advanced AI integration and quality fullstack development.

Ophélie worked on 2 of our projects and quickly got up to speed to understand the expected tasks and contribute to proposing adequate solutions with the client's team, who praised the renewed trust they found in their interactions and communications with her. She was invaluable in setting up a system for evaluating AI agent responses, implementing automated tests, and integrating a secure and observable backend with open-telemetry. Ophélie also showed enthusiasm for learning and upskilling with other teams to broaden her proposals. The assignment will be renewed without hesitation.
