Operational Management: Supervision and leadership of a team of 4 BIM Managers, creation and monitoring of an annual budget (production and orders), recruitment, and annual reviews. Commercial Management: Prospect management, response to tenders, writing technical memorandums and cost estimates, negotiation and contract monitoring, development of schedules, and invoice tracking on Salesforce.
