Eddyfi Technologies is a world leader in advanced non-destructive testing equipment. As a Field Service Engineer, I was responsible for the deployment, commissioning, and support of these systems at some of Europe's most demanding industrial sites.

Field Deployment & Qualification ————————————————

Commissioning of advanced NDT systems (Phased Array, TOFD, Eddy Currents) at critical industrial sites. Metrological qualification of equipment, calibration, drafting of compliance certificates, and maintenance of the park's ISO certification.

Mission Management ————————————————

Planning and autonomous management of 6 missions/year: prioritization, logistical coordination, client reporting, and structured feedback to R&D teams. Active contribution to the improvement of internal tools based on field feedback.

Remote Technical Support ————————————————

Multi-country support for clients worldwide: advanced diagnosis of complex failures, remote firmware updates.

Autonomous resolution on equipment under critical operational conditions.

International Training ————————————————

Design and delivery of technical training in English for technicians from global centers: equipment theory, diagnostic methods, skills validation, and certification.

Pedagogical adaptation to diverse profiles, in different cultural and linguistic contexts.

Throughout this engineering internship at REFLEX CES, I gradually took on increasing responsibilities—from software development to the autonomous design of a complete test infrastructure. This intensive experience covers the entire lifecycle of an industrial embedded product.

Embedded Software Development ————————————————

Implementation of C/C++ functionalities on STM microcontrollers: specification analysis, development, integration on production boards, and functional validation. Real industrial environment with constraints on reliability, timing, and production stability.

System Qualification & Validation ————————————————

Qualification of proprietary FPGA chains (CPU modules, embedded Linux): test plan writing, functional and robustness validation campaigns, results analysis, qualification report production. Regular interface with R&D teams for anomaly tracking and product improvement.

Design and development of an automated test bench for HF cards produced for Thales—C/Bash software architecture, instrument control and automation via GPIB and LAN
