• Participate in the scoping phases within the framework of evaluation workshops

• Facilitate Fit&Gap design workshops by presenting the Core Model of the PM module solution for the UK Business team

• Analyze gaps and prepare gap sheets

As part of a SAP S4/HANA TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance) support project for my client OVH CLOUD.

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

• Assistance during the Go-Live, HyperCare, and RUN SAP period for PP/PM modules

• Configuration of PP/PM modules

• Handling daily incidents and enhancement/correction requests

• Handling tickets of all levels (Level 1, 2, and 3) for PP/PM modules

• Ticket management (JIRA, MyCat)

• Verification of application interfaces between SAP and the Legacy system

• Preparation of daily reports for each ticket processed

• Perform integration tests with AMOA and Key Users

• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance

• Ensure knowledge transfer to new consultants

• Preparation of data migration tools for: Equipment, Fixed Assets, Material/Equipment Bills of Materials...

• Integration of movements with EWM/MM/FI/CO modules

• Preparation of SFD (Functional Specification Documents) for specific developments of new enhancements

• Assist with the interface between the two systems (Via WRICEF)

• Handling blocked queues (Interfaces, Enhancements) through debugging

• Handling blocked inbound and outbound Idocs between SAP and the Legacy system

• Handling Kafka Fails (Interface for processing technical problems between the two systems)

• Assistance and support for closing (Monthly & Annual Closing).

• Participation in extending the scope of solutions by proposing new functionalities

• Conducting training sessions for users

• Use of compatible FIORI APPs to prepare a precise dashboard on SAP FIORI

• Support for operational staff in using SAP PP/PM functionalities

• Analysis and identification of the root causes of various problems encountered by users

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

• Conducting CS/SD module scoping workshops for 4 group companies (One in Switzerland, two in Tunisia, and one subsidiary in Iraq)

• Participation in the design of CS/SD modules: Standard sales flow, Resource Related Billing flow for intercompany transactions

• Guiding processes towards S4/HANA best practices

• Defining the organizational structure for SD/CS modules

• Performing configuration in SD/CS modules: Sales document management, Document item management, Actual cost billing

• Writing minutes with approved business rules from the client

• Preparation of DCP (Process Design Document) with precise business rules
