Redesign of the guarantee and provision system for management controllers:

The mission aims to modernize the calculation system for guarantee budgets and unit costs of vehicles, used by management controllers. The project aims to make guarantee management processes reliable and automated, ensuring maximum data quality at each stage of processing, from integration to analysis, to optimize decision-making within management control teams.

• Design, development, and deployment of ETL pipelines on GCP: BigQuery, GCS, PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL), Dataflow (Apache Beam), orchestrated by Cloud Functions & Cloud Scheduler.

• Implementation of Python pipelines ensuring modularity, testability, and reusability.

• Setup of CI/CD pipelines via GitLab for multi-environment deployments (dev, staging, prod).

• Construction of consolidated repositories to ensure data consistency.

• Development of consistency tests between intermediate tables, validation of business rules, and implementation of alert mechanisms.

• Optimization of BigQuery performance.

Feeding a data lake for Kering and its brands to provide a quality data offering for customer dashboarding (purchase behavior, customer engagement, sales by segmentation, ...) and predictions with data science / machine learning tools

The ODESSA project, managed by the Big Data Factory team and hosted on the staging platforms, aims to establish an enterprise data lake open to various needs and ensure its migration to a Datacenter.
