Product Guarantees and Insurance Management Project – Samsung

As part of optimizing after-sales services, I contributed to the project for managing product guarantees and insurance for Samsung. The objective was to improve warranty tracking, claims management, and the automation of processes related to electronic product insurance coverage.

Tasks performed:

✔ Analysis of business needs and drafting of functional specifications

✔ Monitoring data flows and defect management

✔ Development and optimization of Power BI reports for warranty and claim tracking

✔ Execution of functional tests and validation of developments

✔ Collaboration with technical and business teams in Agile methodology

This project allowed me to refine my expertise in insurance and warranty service management, while strengthening my skills in functional analysis and data piloting.

Compliance and Process Optimization Project – Société Générale Assurances

Participation in a project aimed at strengthening the compliance of insurance contract identification and management processes, particularly in relation to regulatory obligations and declarations (DSN, KYC). The objective was to improve controls and the efficiency of operational flows while ensuring data quality.

Missions performed:

✔ Contribution to the improvement of contract management and monitoring processes

✔ Implementation and execution of functional tests (test plans, validation of developments)

✔ Development of reporting for monitoring declarations and controls
