• Conduct in-depth energy audits on Pléiade comfit, BAO, and Liceil to assess building energy consumption, taking into account the requirements of the tertiary decree, collective DPE, DTG, and PPPT.

• Conduct carbon footprint assessments to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of projects and buildings, including expertise in the context of global technical diagnostics (DTG) and energy and environmental performance plans (PPPT).

• Mastery of regulatory thermal calculations and dynamic thermal simulation to assess building energy performance, including significant experience in studies related to the tertiary decree.

• Master subsidy levers (CEE, ADEME grants...) to optimize proposed energy improvement works.

• Conduct regulatory energy audits.

• Perform dynamic thermal studies (STD, SED, RT2012, Existing RT under Pléiades Comfie / BAO Perrenoud), monitor consumption, compare with simulations, refine the thermal model based on climate, usage, internal gains, occupancy, etc…
