Administration and monitoring of endpoint security solutions EDR/XDR (Kaspersky Business Hub & Sophos Central): alert monitoring, security event analysis, and incident response. IT incident management (security, systems, and network) with diagnosis, resolution, and escalation according to criticality. Monitoring and maintaining operational readiness of systems and virtualised environments (Windows Server, VMware ESXi). Application of IT security policies: Windows patch management, MFA, BitLocker, and user access control. - Management of network, system, and security incidents, hardware or software, to effectively meet user needs.

- Management of incidents related to internet connectivity and GRANDSTREAM type phone lines, including communication with the provider and full follow-up until resolution.

- Handling incidents related to connection instability for users in collaboration with support teams.

- Resolving incidents related to different types of printers, whether hardware or software related.

- Management of incidents related to HIKVISION surveillance cameras, including verification of video recordings and other associated tasks.

- Systems Administration: Image creation (mastering), installation of operating systems, software & business applications, on both laptops and desktops.

- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (User Account Management & security using multi-factor authentication (MFA) & BitLocker recovery key management).

- Ensuring compliance with security policies for authentication and authorization.

- Developing and implementing security policies compliant with group standards, particularly for password management.

- Management of firewalls and antivirus software (SentinelOne, Zscaler & Tanium) for the protection of data and systems against cyberattacks.

- Participation in the migration of generic and personal email boxes.

- Involvement in the project for configuring the backup solution with QNAP NAS.

- Assisting in the project for implementing the Network Access Control (NAC) solution.

- Assisting in the migration project to Windows 11.

- Installation and configuration of screens and televisions for dashboards, along with identifying user needs.

- Installation of Microsoft operating systems for all products.

- Installation, activation of Office 365, and configuration of email accounts for the end client.

- Installation and activation of antivirus software and its agent for users.

- Generation of user device security reports via the Kaspersky antivirus cloud console.

- Verification of backups and replication of tasks (jobs) for the end client using the Veeam solution.

- Performing preventive visits to ensure the good health of software and hardware equipment.

- Deployment of Fortigate next-generation firewalls to enhance security.

- Implementation of a security tunnel via the Sophos solution (configuration, tunnel creation, IKE profile creation) to allow the end client remote access to business applications.
