Context: Launching new projects and migrating existing modules (in ASP .NET WebForms) to modern technologies as part of the bank's digital transformation.

Organization: Kanban and Scrum (Team of 7 people - 1 Project manager, 2 Business Analysts, 4 Developers)

Achievements:

+ Creation of a web application for SGSS's marketing team allowing them to respond to tenders. The project was so effective that one of the competitors published a similar application 6 months later. Furthermore, it simplified marketing processes with a workflow adapted to their business, and documents related to proposals are now stored and shared securely instead of being exchanged by email.

Technologies: ASP .NET Core (API) and Angular

+ Creation of various standalone Widgets integrated into the global platform of the investment bank SG Markets. These widgets highlighted SGSS's activities as a custodian, by allowing easy integration of its tools.

Technologies: ReactJS (with SkateJS to make them web components) and ASP .NET Core

+ Redesign of a Post Trade data processing module. In addition to the ergonomic redesign, the project primarily adapted the application to the daily needs of its users, allowing them to save time and work more efficiently.

Technologies: Angular and ASP .NET Core

Context: Redesign of the existing website from scratch to improve performance and have a shared codebase with the mobile application created by another team in parallel.

Organization: Lean management (Team of 16 people - 1 Project manager, 1 Product Manager, 1 Architect, 1 DBA, 9 Developers, 3 QA)

Achievements:

+ Creation of the authentication API (by Tokens) for all domains (13 domains for 10 countries) in ASP .NET Web API 2

+ Creation of user login web screens for all domains in ASP .NET MVC

+ Creation of the payment API for all payment providers across all domains (8 payment providers and 34 payment methods)

+ Creation of web screens for all payment providers across all domains.

Context: Within the CRM IT department of CACIB, participate in developments and continuous improvement of practices and processes.

Organization: Scrum and Kanban (Team of 27 people – 1 Project manager, 2 DBAs, 3 BI, 1 DevOps, 20 Developers)

Achievements:

+ Redesign of a complex user authorization module with multiple hierarchical levels and many data-based rules. Significant performance improvements were achieved by this project; some screens that took 2 minutes to load now load in less than 2 seconds. We achieved this performance using SSAS and good design.

+ Redesign of the client loan reporting module using Knockout.js. This project added more interactions, allowing users to manipulate data during navigation, compared to the old version developed in ASP. NET MVC where the page needed to be refreshed.

+ Redesign of the technical and functional architecture for client sectors. This project moved from a hierarchical limitation of 3 levels to an unlimited tree structure, which better reflected the reality of the business.
