As part of strengthening the Projects team in its steering and continuous improvement activities, Omar led business and functional architecture studies in collaboration with the business teams responsible for producing prudential and regulatory reporting (ALM / Liquidity & Solvency), which identified pain points and proposed and implemented areas for improvement (ECB, SRB).

Implementation of a functional and application architecture framework for the IT Cash Management scope. Achievements: Analysis of the existing IT Cash Management application scope. Definition of the governance process for IT Payment Services perimeter assets. Establishment of alignment rules between the Service NOW application repository and the ARCHI mapping repository. Representation of existing payment chains in End to End views (SEPA Payments, direct debits, Instant Payments, International Payments) for all client entities (BCEF, CIB, FORTIS). Representation and documentation of functional flows around the Cash Management IT system (reference data flows, reporting flows, ...). Review and validation of the application positioning of the Payments division within the Cash Management business functional architecture framework (GFF).

As part of the migration of AXA assets to the Cloud, environments must be subject to monitoring and governance ensuring IT security and proper risk management. It is in this context of remediation for previously identified security flaws that the initiative to launch the project to strengthen PCST security was defined. Achievements: Definition of processes for managing and maintaining the PCST product (Remediation, Incidents, Evolutions, Change Management, ...). Harmonization of processes with the governance defined at the Group level. Adaptation of processes to the business constraints of the pilot entities (AXA Japan, AXA Spain, AXA GO). Breakdown of processes into operational procedures for the pilot entities.
