Project Description:

Within a recognized company in the pharmaceutical sector, my 2 projects involved coordinating the replacement of a major piece of equipment in the company's operations and conducting a feasibility study for improving the ergonomics of a loading station.

Achievements:

PROJECT: GEAR BOX REPLACEMENT

• Draft the investment request - CAR €500K for the GEAR BOX project

• Identify the necessary companies to carry out the replacement during technical shutdowns (winter shutdown 2025 and Summer shutdown 2026)

• Plan the work and coordinate it with production activities

• Supervise the companies (Work Safety Plan, operating procedures, access and resource management)

• Work in close collaboration with the various departments (EHS, QA, QC, Maintenance, Production, MSAT etc…)

PROJECT ERGO SOLUTIONS – Feasibility study and detailed design

• Prepare the investment request ESR (investment for the study) approx. €50K then CAR (investment for execution) approx. €450K for the ERGO SOLUTION project

• Propose possible technical solutions (powder transfer, pneumatic gripper, exoskeleton, robots etc.) and present to users the feasible solutions that are most adapted to the clean room environment and constraints of Grade C.

• TCE works management (exterior joinery, partitions/painting/flooring, electrical CFO/CFA, plumbing)

Project Description - €5M:

Within the SOLVAY research center, install a microbiology team in new laboratories by optimizing heat recovery and respecting the standards associated with P2 laboratories.

Achievements:

• Financial estimation of works (ODG +/-10%) - Progress invoices then final payment

• APS / APD studies. (Guide plans, CCTPS, Technical notes…)

• Launch tender (DCE). (Compare offers via TCT, select companies (SNEF, EQUANS, SPIE, AXIMA etc…))

• Synthesis studies then EXE phase (Multi-lot synthesis, General schedule, Kick Off)

• Manage a project team (supervise work, lead team meetings, set priorities)

• Supervise actions then accept works (Request Operating Procedures, Create specific WSPs)

• Report to project investors (Steering Committee, regular progress updates)

• Integrate an energy solution for heat recovery via an AIR/WATER exchanger and heat pumps supplying the AHU coil (CEE envelope approx. €40K)
