Olivier Mahieu

I am an application support consultant, bringing both operational and management expertise developed over 15 years in the luxury retail and pharmaceutical sectors. I have been involved in "run" activities during application deployment projects (Cegid Retail, Infor M3, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs).

I first acquired technical expertise as a developer, then a trainer, and finally a technical referent at Unilog/Logica/CGI.

I then became responsible for European store support at Chanel, allowing me to develop numerous soft skills. I trained and managed two people to strengthen Level 1 to Level 3 support for over 60 points of sale and 300 users. I savored the ideal alliance between technology and people in user support!

For Maison Hermès, I structured and developed Level 1 to Level 3 retail support activities for 150 points of sale and 600 users, while participating as a technical expert in the ERP deployment project. I greatly enjoyed these activities and this interface role between IT and business for 4 years.

At Galderma, as an application domain manager, I carried out support, operational maintenance, and enhancement activities. For 5 years on M3 and 2 related applications (20 sites deployed, 400 users). Then for 5 years in Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs, where I managed the validation of computerized systems in the pharmaceutical domain.

All these years have reinforced the true common thread of my career: technical expertise serving the business, resolving incidents, but above all seeking continuous improvement of tools and processes, digging into problems until the root cause, and only being satisfied when my "clients" are!
