Functional and Transverse Project Manager | AMOA | Part-time (2-3 days/week)

Assisting companies in the scoping, deployment, and security of their application and data projects is my core business. With over 8 years of experience in the digital and information systems world, I act as a true functional bridge between business departments, technical teams, and QA.

Scoping and specifications (AMOA) - Workshop facilitation, planning (Gantt) design, and detailed functional specification (SFD) writing to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Solution and data integration - Proven expertise in deploying complex business applications (ALICE solution) and managing data flows (PIM/DAM Pimcore, e-commerce projects).
Testing strategy / QA - Close collaboration with QA teams, test plan writing, qualification, and bug tracking (Redmine, GLPI, Spira).
Change management - Support, training for Key Users, and user support to ensure the success and final adoption of tools.
