From the specifications, gathering requirements, costing, small team, back-end development, database structure and choices, services... I lack a front-end expertise that would strengthen me. Otherwise, I'm your man!
I have already led a team of 15 people, developed three web applications (a data recovery/exploration application, a product range management application with numerous user aids, and finally a strategic online game), I have invented high-performance business algorithms from massive data. I embrace many skills, but my preference remains software development. Starting from scratch, I can identify needs, invent innovative use cases, build the team (human-sized, a few people ideally), manage it, and get involved in development, particularly back-end (python, nodeJS), databases (all relational + Elasticsearch), and also front-end/architecture (vueJS3, AWS).
I am also an active participant in the gaming world, being both an author and publisher of a board game.
