Description

Arts & Métiers Engineer, my professional experience covers the organization of logistics operations and industrial production, with a common guiding principle of operational activity management. I also worked in an English-speaking emerging country.

Whether as a director of an automated production plant organized in 3 shifts or as a production manager for multi-workshop operations with over 350 operators, I have organized and restructured workshops to support evolutions and anticipate changes within the company, such as the "Industry 4.0" transformation.

In these roles, I also managed maintenance, led ISO 9001 certifications, and by implementing safety routines and facilitating safety management tools, I contributed to developing a true culture of workplace safety in production.

I led the last two sites under my responsibility from the pilot launch phase to the "Silver" level of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), thus meeting the same challenge of industrial performance recovery and competitiveness improvement.

Results achieved with the implementation and management of a continuous improvement program (WCM) focused on loss analysis: deployment of loss analysis and treatment tools with training for leading managers of their pillar and key operators; cascading KPIs from plant level to workstations; facilitation of management routines; execution of "5S" plans; promotion of visual management; coaching of proximity managers in daily performance management and operator autonomy development.

I obtained the Black Belt qualification in 2013, while holding operational responsibilities.

As a WCM auditor, I conducted about thirty full audits of Saint Gobain Group plants in various areas.
