A leader in sports marketing, Samba Digital wanted to develop Talentisi, a new web platform to manage all its client projects (sports clubs, federations, leagues, sports betting companies), with the aim of centralizing requests, standardizing processes, improving communication with clients and collaborators, and consolidating documents in one place.
One of the central elements of this project is the creation and provision of a very large database of freelancers who collaborate with Samba Digital and are experts in the sports world.

I supported Samba Digital from the initial product strategy reflection to the production phase, including product brainstorming, scope and MVP definition, writing the specifications detailing expected concepts and functionalities, assisting in the selection of the development agency and user acceptance testing, and writing user manuals.

I managed the product management team for the Central Reservation System (hotel configuration, pricing, rate rules, distribution, Call Center) for global hotel chains, with up to 12 people spread between the United States and Europe.

Over 4 years, we fully developed the Amadeus CRS, which was technologically advanced, enabling unprecedented availability times (SLAs) and facilitating functional scalability (250+ developers across 25 agile teams in Europe, India, and the United States).

We launched the Amadeus CRS for IHG Intercontinental Holiday Inn Group hotels, part of the top 3 global chains.

A complex and modular system, developed in components, communicating via XML or JSON APIs.

Subsequently, we led the development to integrate the CRS with other Amadeus hotel products to create the Amadeus Hotel Platform, a complete and integrated suite of functionalities for managing a hotel chain and the operations of each hotel.
