Olivier Myard

Former senior international civil servant and economic diplomat, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a former student of ENA, I have worked for over twenty years in multilateral organizations (UN, ICAO, Inter-American Development Bank) and in economic diplomacy (General Directorate of the Treasury, Quai d'Orsay). Today, as a lecturer at HEIP, ILERI, ISIT (Panthéon Assas), and EGE (School of Economic Warfare), I speak, in French and English, on international cooperation, official development assistance, EU external relations, economics, international trade policies, and public affairs. My approach combines academic rigor with concrete feedback from experience to prepare students for the complex challenges of international relations.
